abnormal program termination

Hi, I am using a Sprint PCS Novatel S620 Aircard. I was using it fine with Windows XP Pro. The software installed okay When I double click I get a " No log activity available" error. Then when I click "GO" to connect I get an error " Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:... Wireless\Sprint\Sprint PCS Connection Manager\OSCM3.exe abnormal program termination. I have tried using the Windows XP compatibility feature and that did not work.
